Jane Park an executive coach and dynamic keynote speaker with deep experience in leading rapid growth, building teams, and making hard choices around pivots. As a former lawyer, strategy consultant, entrepreneur, and Board member of a private equity backed company, Jane has lived the realities of investment analysis, deal management, and building teams that deliver. She particularly enjoys working with high potential leaders who are facing challenging interpersonal dynamics to unlock the true leader within.

She believes that challenges are the best window into understanding a client, so from the first session, she asks clients to bring their hardest problems. She works to deeply understand her clients as full human beings moving through the realities of their business context. Jane is direct and believes in accountability. Her goal is to help her clients implement micro-experiments that will enable them to experience results within the first few sessions. Depending on the situation, she leverage tools such as 360 input, the Harrison assessment, and micro-contracts. After an initial kickoff meeting, she custom designs each engagement to ensure an escalating series of “wins” to fuel her client’s commitment to transformation.

Previously, Jane founded and scaled venture-backed startups, led innovation at Starbucks, and advised consumer/retail clients at BCG. She is the inventor of three patented innovations, and has brought products to life that have been distributed at Nordstrom, Sephora, Ulta, Target and Costco. She was among a small number of women who have raised $50M+ from Silicon Valley investors, including Andreessen Horowitz. Jane started her career as an attorney at Shaw Pitman. She has led on both sides of M&A, developed leaders, and built resilient teams under pressure.
